SwingWise discusses adult social settings, relationships, consent, boundaries and sexual health in a non-explicit, educational way. It is intended for adults aged 17 and over.
The in-app assistant generates responses using AI. It can make mistakes and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal or psychological advice. Always use your own judgement and consult a qualified professional for health or safety concerns.
We ask the assistant to stay respectful and non-explicit, and we filter requests that would produce disallowed content. If you ever receive a response that seems inappropriate, please stop and contact us at [email protected].

SwingWise does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email or contact details. Your in-app preferences and the counter for your daily free questions are stored locally on your device only.
The private chat is powered by a third-party AI service. Before your first message is ever sent, the app asks for your explicit permission to share your chat text with that service; if you decline, no messages are transmitted.
When you send a message, the text of your recent conversation is transmitted over an encrypted connection to our server and then to our AI provider, OpenAI (OpenAI, L.L.C., United States), purely to generate a reply. Only the text you type is sent — no name, email or contact details, because the app does not collect them. These messages are not linked to your identity. We do not use them to build a profile of you, and we do not sell them. OpenAI processes the request under its own API data policies, does not use API content to train its models, and provides data protection equivalent to that described in this policy.
We do not track you across other apps or websites, we do not use third-party advertising, and we do not share your data with data brokers.
You can clear all locally stored data at any time by deleting the app. For any privacy question or request, contact us at [email protected].
